Welcome to Awa2027 MiniJam Registration!

This form is used to collect the information we need to confirm your place, support your participation, and plan a safe, fun, and well‑run day visit to Jamboree for your Pippin or Brownie.

Some of your basic details may already be pre-filled—please check these carefully and update or complete all sections before submitting. All information will be managed securely in line with our privacy policy.

This form is only for the Pippin and Brownie Day visits taking place on 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 January 2027 at the Mystery Creek Jamboree site. These day visits are open to current GirlGuiding New Zealand members aged 5–9 years at the time of Jamboree.

Please note: each day is capped at 100 youth attendees and 15 adult attendees. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be available. We may open additional places if demand allows.

You are welcome to register for more than one day visit. Each day will have a different theme with activities to match. While some elements will be the same across days (such as a site tour, a visit to the shop, and a picnic lunch), the main activities will differ each day.

Day Visit Selection

Select below which day visits you wish to attend. Each day visit will run from 10am to 4pm. You can attend more than one day visit and you'll be charged $115 per day visit for youth and $20 per day visit for adults!

If the day visit is full, you'll be placed on a waiting list and offered a spot in the first day visit that becomes available.
